We’re looking for an experienced all-round digital marketer to take charge of our marketing, partnerships and paid acquisition strategies as we accelerate our growth and build a dominant market presence in the UK. You’ll need to be excited about taking the lead marketing role within a small team and driving our rapid expansion through all our communication channels. An existing understanding of the needs of musicians and/or clients who book musicians would be a bonus. The ideal candidate can combine a rigorous knowledge of digital marketing channels with a pro-active approach to networking and negotiating new partnerships. Requirements - Professional experience in digital marketing - Analytical and results driven approach - Excellent networking skills and ability to negotiate with a range of partners at C-Level. - Broad set of marketing skills ranging from social media marketing, affiliate marketing to PPC - Solid understanding of SEO strategies - A sense of ownership over everything you do, and highly attentive to detail - Always seeking to go above and beyond the call of duty - Creative thinking and able to work cross-functionally in a team. - Great communication skills, with outstanding writing abilities - Ability to perform well under pressure - A passion for music is a must Desirable: - Minimum of three years experience in digital marketing - Strong academic background - Tangible connection to the world of music - Ability to play a musical instrument! (If not, we can teach you...) Start date: Location: Central London; bright, modern office right next to Moorgate station and near Liverpool St station. Private room within a workspace which has ping pong, table football, fully-kitted kitchens and more. Office piano, guitar, cajon, melodica and bagel slicer. Yes, a bagel slicer. Salary: £40-60k dependent on relevant experience and breadth of cross-disciplinary skills. Equity: Negotiable Hours: Flexible. Average 40-50hr week. 25 days holiday.
