Hands down the best wedding band there is. Professional, reliable, exquisite musicianship (and I am a musician myself so very picky!), vocals to die for (particularly the female lead vocalist) and the tightest band you'll ever hear. I hope you have huge successes are you are phenomenal. Thank you so so so much! Our favourite was Signed, Sealed Delivered for our first dance. We loved dancing to it so much with you singing it live. It's a memory that will live on forever! The band (joe) was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We were blown away by them on the evening, they had everyone up on the dance floor and did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend them to others. All our guests have commented on how fun and energetic they were. Thank you so much.

The band were absolutely sensational! Every request we made they happily accommodated. We had so much fun dancing the night away at our wedding and the dancefloor was never empty. An excellent choice for any event. When planning our wedding we wanted a band to really keep the energy high throughout the night and Xcaliber did just that. We received so many compliments on just how great they were and they even had the grandparents dancing all night! Fantastic repertoire played by great performers. Joe was very easy to contact from our first enquiry, through to picking our songs and first dance to making final arrangements. We wouldn't hesitate to book them again or recommend them to others. What do your clients love most about your performances?

Xcaliber pride ourselves on our sound and style that stands out from other acts in the industry. We believe in attention to detail which so often gets missed and that a band/client relationship is more than just business. Weddings and events can take months and years to plan, so it's so important that everything is organised to the highest standard.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Xcaliber are made up of world-class musicians and singers who have worked with names such as Pixie Lott, Ella Eyre, Ellie Goulding, Tom Odell, Keane, Diversity, Katherine Jenkins, Alfie Boe, Michale Ball, Paloma Faith, JP Cooper, MNEK, Becky Hill, Nina Nesbitt and Alexandre Burke.

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

We strive to make sure the line-up you see is what you get on the night. Xcaliber have substitute performers known as “deps” on call to cover all eventualities should the need arise due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. We only work with the best and most trusted musicians in the industry so we will always make sure your event goes off without a hitch.

Do you have different line-up options?

Our 4 piece lineup consists of Female Vocals, Guitar, Bass and Drums. We can extend the lineup with extra musicians such as male vocals, saxophone, trumpet, keys or percussion.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run-up to the event just let us know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, we provide Spotify party playlists as standard. Feel free to send over your Spotify playlists before your event and we can put those on in between our band sets.

How much time do you need to set up?

We require a minimum of 90 minutes to set up and soundcheck from arrival at the venue. We require the following floor space that is separate from the dance floor. 4/5-piece band – 5m x 3m 6-piece band – 6m x 3m 9-piece band – 8m x 4m

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

We kindly ask clients to send over their top 10 Likes and Dislikes and any other favourites and we can incorporate those into our tried and tested set list!
