Abigail is amazing, she made the atmosphere at our wedding seem so magical. She even adapted her set based on us as individuals without prompt, which was a hit with the guests and so wonderful. Abigail is incredible and it felt so amazing to be able to walk down the aisle to her violin.

Abigail was an absolute pleasure to have at my sister's wedding. She was very accommodating when I requested for a particular music piece and she had it ready for the violin set. The whole atmosphere during the civil wedding and the tea service we had was magical with her music. At one point we had the father of the groom accompany her on the piano at the venue, which was joyful to hear. Very professional and lovely to communicate with. Would definitely recommend. Thank you making the day special for us Abigail.

More than I could’ve hoped for Abigail was just amazing at our wedding. She played so beautifully and was so understanding when we were moving around due to the weather. The booking process was really straight forward and Abigail has an extensive list of songs amongst her repertoire, new and classic. I also requested a song which wasn’t on Abigail’s repertoire and she was more than happy to play this for us which made it extra special. I would highly recommend Abigail, my sister in law has already booked her up for next year and I know a couple of other friends enquired. All the guests commented on how amazing the music was and it really gave a classy and classic feel to the wedding day. One of the best things I did for our wedding was book Abigail.

Book Abigail! I would 100% recommend Abigail to a friend, she was super lovely on the lead up to the wedding, she gave us really long list of songs and advised if there is anything she doesn't have on the list she would do her best to learn, however out of the 10 songs she wanted she already knew them all. When she began playing the song I walked down to I had goosebumps because she was so excellent and we had so many compliments about her. Thank you Abigail.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

Clients love my warm and engaging performances. Played with technical expertise and feeling. The love that I have for what I do is obvious and this captures the audience. Clients appreciate my professionalism and my reliability. My flexible approach to planning and availability for learning new pieces. Couples have the opportunity to make their day unique.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

Yehudi Menuhin and Itzhak Perlman were my influences as a child and were the first recordings of the violin that I heard. As a teenager I loved the varying styles of Nigel Kennedy and his quirkiness. Folk violinists it has to be Eliza Carthy and Seth Lakeman. For the band element Jon Sevink and Erica Nockalls.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Bootleg Beatles for their Sgt. Pepper Tour.

Do you have different line-up options?

I offer solo violin, with or without a backing track.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I am flexible with time changes but would ask that you let me know as soon as you do.

How much time do you need to set up?

It takes me 30 minutes to set up but I will always arrive an hour before I play.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

I have an extensive repertoire list that you can choose from. I am happiest when we work together to create a programme which suits you best.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, instrument and amp or full PA system will be provided by me.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

I am happy to learn 3 new pieces for your event. After that I charge £20 each piece to take into account extra rehearsal time.
