Wow guys, thank you for making my 50th birthday party. Your amazing music made it a very special night. Everyone was on the dance floor enjoying your cool tunes with the DJ and bongos and Vicki on the sax. It was an Ibiza/Après Ski vibe and we and our friends absolutely loved it.

We saw you guys play last night and I have to say that you were the funkiest, most soulful group that I’ve ever listened to! The sax and the drums added so much funk along with your stage presence and house tunes! I literally danced my socks off and had the most memorable time! I’m seriously hoping you’ll be back next year but wanted to say I will be following you to see where I can listen again! So uplifting! Thanks for keeping me on the dance floor. 😍

Latin-infused disco, funk, tropical house and soul – DJ, bongos and saxophone • 2 x 60-minute evening sets, playing our own ‘Iguana’ blend of tropical house, funk, soul, samba, disco and Latin-infused dance music to get the party started and everyone dancing • Full professional sound and lighting rig (including rotating heads and laser) • Any microphone announcements you might need • Saxophone and bongos/percussion freestyling and jamming with the DJ - both with mobile setups so that we can wander and dance freely amongst your guests and make sure the dance floor stays full all night and everyone has a great time

Customer questions

Do you have different line-up options?

The House Iguanas is a trio and always play as DJ, saxophone and percussion (bongos, congos etc.). It sounds much cooler with all three of us!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We try to be as flexible as possible to make sure that your event runs smoothly. If timings change in the run-up to the event, just let us know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, we're happy to provide an iPod/DJ service between our sets. If you'd like this before and/or after our sets, there's an additional charge (dependent upon timings). Please ask for more details.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time, unless it's a particularly large venue or stage.

Can you roam around while you perform?

Definitely! Both saxophone and bongos have full roaming set-ups and love nothing more than playing on the dancefloor amongst your guests!

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Our DJ mixes, saxophone and percussion improvisations are our secret sauce and work best when we can 'read the room' and respond in real-time to the vibe of the room. Building a fantastic party atmosphere is what we do best. So we don't work with pre-arranged setlists.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes, unless there's anything particularly custom or large-scale that you need (in which case, you can just ask us and we can usually provide at an additional price).

Can you learn song requests before the event?

We don't typically take requests, but if there's something special you'd like us to include in the set please ask, and we'll see what we can do.
