Mezzo soprano, Tabitha Reynolds gained an entrance scholarship to the Royal Academy of Music, and now holds the Isobel May Walton scholarship 2014. She studies with Julie Kennard and Iain Leddingham. On gaining a music scholarship to Kings Rochester, Tabitha participated in a master class with Dame Felicity Lott and toured as a soloist with the Kings choir. In her final year of school Tabitha played the lead role in the opera ‘Dido and Aeneas’ produced by Wayne Morris in Rochester Cathedral. Tabitha has been the proud recipient of the Medway and Maidstone Young Musician of the Year competition as well as the Kent Chamber Choirs Kath Topping prize. In 2013 Tabitha represented RAM at the Junior Kathleen Ferrier Awards. Future engagements include a recital at St James’s Church Sussex Gardens and Rossini’s Messe Solennelle.
