Jasmine Faulkner

Jasmine is a British Iranian soprano creating an innovative fusion of her classical background with an electronic and cinematic sound world. Her debut single, coming out in 2023, is the beginning of her journey to amplify the voices of Iranian women who have been silenced and to bring hope to the world through music in challenging times. ​She performs around the world as an international soloist, most recently performing in Cairo, Paris and St. Moritz. As seen live on BBC2 to millions Jasmine sang the British and USA national anthems at the Rugby Autumn International Series and is currently on tour with the London Film Music Orchestra. Other performances have taken her from singing to Royalty at Windsor Castle to performing at West End Live as well as appearing on ITV's Walk The Line with classical-crossover group Ida. Jasmine's classical vocal training began at the Junior department of the prestigious Guildhall School of Music & Drama where she also went on to obtain her degree. Her operatic roles include The Gamekeepers Wife, Pepik and Frog in The Cunning Little Vixen by Janacek, the Pie Seller in the world premiere of Julian Phillip's opera The Tale of Januarie, Erste Knabe in The Magic Flute and Titania from A Midsummer Night's Dream by Benjamin Britten. Jasmine has hosted concerts and events to raise money and awareness for the charity Kenyan Kids, helping young, at-risk girls who are living below the poverty line.
