I have played in many different situations as I play keyboard, Guitar and fiddle as well as accordion .I am concentrating on the accordion at this moment as I have developed a specific liking for the music.I generally play with a fiddler and I am prepared to reduce the rates in some circumstances as we prefer to play as two .We are both of the same mind and primarily play for enjoyment. We can also play a variety of music from a fair range of countries which we have traveled to over the years albeit we specialise in scottish and Irish by preferance. Having played for many years ,we are aware of the importance of punctuality and reliability and we are fully equipped for any situation.

Made our family party go with a whirl. The playing is as superb, and we really appreciated the calling for the dances. Everybody at the event appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed the dancing. Huge thanks for their contribution to what was fir us a very special occasion.

Flaming Heather have performed at numerous ceilidhs for me in the Edinburgh Festival and have always been received very well by the wide range of overseas tourists that flock to our ceilidhs every year .One of their specialities is that they have an ability to perform a number of international dances which make guests to our country feel they have been catered for. Overall I have been very happy with their performances and punctuality.and their happy demeanor.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

We can play your music through our PA as is required ,if you need us to stay on there will be a pro rata charge for the time required . We would expect that you would provide the music on a laptop or phone in order that the music is to your taste
