Danny is a brilliant young and highly sought-after pianist. With infectious rhythm and an elegance in harmony, he makes magic of any song.

Having studied with the renowned John Turville, Danny has progressed at an unbelievable rate, rapidly becoming a strong and virtuosic jazz pianist with a developing individual sound. Having studied the greats, Danny learnt from the early striders such as Fats Waller and Art Tatum as well as other legends such as Erroll Garner and Barry Harris. For the past four years, Danny has been studying and working with British national treasure Julian Joseph (OBE), and has been deepening his roots in rhythm, harmony and melody. He has simultaneously been studying at the prestigious Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and now has one year left before graduating in his professional jazz piano studies degree. Danny was one of the few selected to compete in the 15th Unisa International Jazz Piano Competition which took place in January 2024 in Pretoria, South Africa. With a unique voice as a composer, Daniel seeks to explore the connections between different genres of music from around the globe and highlight the universality of music.
