The Encore Referral Programme allows registered Encore users (an “Encore User”) to earn credits redeemable for cash by referring friends to Encore.
To participate, Encore Users must agree to these terms, which become part of the Encore Terms of Service. Capitalised terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the Encore Terms of Service.
How to Earn Referral Credits
Encore Users can earn Credits redeemable for cash if: (i) a referred friend clicks on their referral link to create a valid Encore account that complies with our Terms of Service; and (ii) the referred friend is subsequently booked for a Qualifying Booking through Encore. The Encore User may not be the booking client in this transaction.
The referring Encore User will be credited with Credit equal to £20 for each booked referral. Users may earn a maximum of £10,000 GBP Credit per account. Credit may only be earned once per user referred under this programme.
Qualifying Booking
A Qualifying Booking is any booking which occurs through Encore in which a monetary transaction takes place between the booked musician and a client. Bookings where the referrer is involved in the gig either as: (a) the client, or (b) a fellow group member in a group booking, will be excluded from this offer. A Qualifying Booking must have a total value (excluding fees and taxes) of at least £20. It must be booked via the Encore platform, and the referred friend must complete the gig before the Encore User can receive Credits.
Redeeming Credits
Credits will automatically appear on the Encore User's referrals dashboard on the website. Credits do not expire. Credits may be redeemed at any time in multiples of £20 and for a minimum of £20. Credits may be paid out automatically, but requests should otherwise be made to [email protected] .
Credits may not be earned by creating multiple Encore Accounts. Credits accrued in multiple Encore accounts may not be combined into one Encore account.
Sharing Referral Links
Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations.
Referred Friends
Referred friends will also be eligible for the Encore Referral Programme and will receive their own unique invite link.
Multiple Referrals
A referred friend may only use one referral link. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple Encore Users, only the corresponding Encore User of the referral link used by the referred friend will receive Credit.
Severability
If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Change
Encore may suspend or terminate the Referral Programme or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Programme at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Credits if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate.
Updates to the Terms
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the encoremusicians.com website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Programme after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
