Naomi Longhurst

I've been interested in music from a very early age, and have loved picking up new instruments and developping my knowledge of a wide scope of genres. I started playing flute at the age of 7, with piano and singing informally alongside, and have since learnt other woodwind instruments and also picked up the double bass, whilst extending my competence of the instruments I had previously picked up. I have accompanied 4 ABRSM graded vocal exams, and one flute exam, and since I have been at university, I have accompanied vocal and instrumental soloists in concerts and recitals, and have worked closely with pop and classical singers, brass players and also the university choir, as well as playing in many ensembles and singing regularly too.
