This enables her to offer entertainment for a variety of events, from an intimate soiree to a lively party occasion. Mary Jane's repertoire consists of classic Sinatra and Fitzgerald numbers to the odd obscure cover. She regularly performs at renowned jazz venues such as Toulouse Lautrec, but is also often booked for weddings, corporate events and hotels.

We had the pleasure of listening to Mary Jane sing at our wedding drinks reception recently! Her voice was a dream, perfect for our Christmas wedding. All of our guests were captivated by her performance, particularly my dad who just adores 1940’s jazz music. Mary Jane is a lovely talented lady, who definitely managed to sprinkle some festive magic on our special day. I would highly recommend ☺️.

Mary Jane Swingtet played at a corporate event on a rooftop terrace for my team. They were absolutely brilliant and really elevated the whole evening for everyone. They also judged and pitched the right songs and volume level extremely well, from soft background music as people were arriving and talking to ramping it up a little later in the evening. I won't hesitate to book them again and recommend them to colleagues and friends. People at the event were very impressed.

A great performance, superb voice, lovely tone from the Sax and glorious jazz guitar! Just what we needed for our 40s retro themed day. A mix of old and newer songs. Everyone loved it!

Do you have different line-up options?

Yes I can offer different line ups: Duo: Vocals and Guitar/Piano Trio: Vocals, Guitar and Double Bass 4 - Piece: Vocals, Guitar, Double Bass and Sax/Trumpet 5 - Piece: Vocals, Guitar, Double Bass, Sax and Trumpet

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know. If you wish to extend the timings then this will effect the quote.

How much time do you need to set up?

We require half an hour to set up.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Our set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure your requested atmosphere is met. However, I'm happy to chat through options, especially if there are specific songs from our set list that you would like performed.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance we already know it. If there is a special song you'd like us to learn we are happy to do this for you. There is a fee of £50 for this service to take into account rehearsal times etc.
