In the past few years while studying abroad in the Netherlands, I gained significant professional experience where I have developed a percussion repertoire meant for my style of playing: multi-percussionistic playing. This entails performing with a very large number of percussion instruments, such as orchestral and contemporary percussion, world percussion and drum-set. I currently live and work as a freelance musician in Rotterdam (Netherlands), where I cooperate with the newly founded contemporary music ensemble Akom Ensemble, with the role of main percussionist and production assistant. As a classical percussionist I played with the Netherlands Youth Orchestra, the Asko׀Shӧenberg ensemble, the Nederlands Philarmonic Orkest, the Nederlands Kamerorkest and the Slovenija Symphony Orchestra. As a drummer and percussionist I played with the Irish band Wooden Legs, the world music band Ti An Guis and the contemporary circus company "Penguin Production". I am regularly invited to give masterclasses in ensemble and orchestral percussion playing.
