Ben Inman has recently finished studying for an MA in Ensemble Singing under Robert Hollingworth at York University. Whilst in York he worked as a choral scholar at York Minster and studied solo singing with Alexander Ashworth (ARAM) Ben's passion for choral music blossomed as a Chorister at Southwell Minster under Paul Hale. Since then he has held positions across the country including Lay Clerkships at St. John's College, Cambridge, Wakefield Cathedral and a Choral Scholarship at Leeds Catholic Cathedral. Recent engagements have included touring with Les Canards Chantants and Voces Sacrae and a recital featuring Vaughan Williams' 10 Blake Songs for Tenor and Oboe at the Southwell Music Festival. Ben also directs The Unity Ensemble which recently debuted their first concert at York Minster Chapter House. Outside of music, Ben's interests include international spectator sports, swimming and contemporary sartorial clothing. Ben runs a very successful blog styling products for high profile brands such as TM Lewin, Hawes & Curtis, Next and Crew Clothing. Ben has recently moved to London to start a freelance singing career.
